Change, Edit or Cancel my order?

We try and ship your Joystick order out as fast as possible, usually in 2hrs or less. If you made a mistake, reply to your order confirmation email adding URGENT to the subject line along with your change instructions and we might be able to catch it.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to Return the product to us once you receive it.

If you need different product to the one you have ordered, we suggest placing another order while we process your return. We do not have an Exchange process.

We cannot edit your invoice to display an order value less than we have charged you, to reduce your import duty bill.

All EU orders ship from the UK and have no additional import duties.

All Canadian orders ship from Vancouver, BC and have no additional import duties.

All Continental USA orders ship from our California warehouse and have no additional import duties.

Please note in the US, UK and Canada your tracking numbers may take up to 48hrs to be activated once you receive your shipping confirmation email. If your order has not arrived in the typical delivery time listed above and you cannot track your order please contact us at info@ridejoystick.com

RETURNS

To return a Joystick Bicycle Components product that you purchased from our website, please email us for an RMA request. All returns MUST have a valid RMA number.

Returns are valid for up 30 days after you receive your Joystick product. Returns must be unused and undamaged in original packaging. If it doesn't still look brand new, we can't sell it as new!
